Let the killing begin! Going out for our teal opener w my buddy Mike and his gf. Pearl is jacked up! Had plenty birds but we had a front pass through yesterday. We should do pretty good. Wish us luck.

Well it was 50/50 that the front would push them south and that’s just what happened. No a whole lot of shooting going on in 40,000 acres. We ended up killing 6 and probably could’ve ended up with 10 or 11 if it would’ve been just me and mike. We were trying to get her first kill, that didn’t happen. Tomorrow is a new day and new spot, we gonna make an adjustment.

Did better today. We killed 11 with Mikes gf killing one. A lot of missed opportunities due to the rookie in the blind, but hey I’m a guest on his lease so no complaints from me. Pearl knocked it out the park and one retrieve about 100 yards in broken marsh and a couple blind retrieves.
