Could be him…..

Thanks. One of the biggest reasons for getting the bigger boat is wanting to get the boys offshore a bunch. They're 7 & 8 and now and at the point where they don't require so much hand-holding, meaning it's easier to do things with them. They're almost halfway to 18 and I figure that about 16 they'll be more interested in girls than dad stuff. So really I have about 8 - 9 years with them to really make memories. Seeing how fast the first 8 years went it'll be over in the blink of an eye. My biggest fear is them growing up without me discovering their passion and getting them engaged with it.
Yep around 16 them boys will get the fumes. Car fumes and perfumes

Pulled the fruit and its the first evening in the carboy. Bubbling away in the air lock. I'll let it sit a few weeks to clarify and rack it off to remove the sediment. After a few times of that to clarify i'll kill and bottle. I don't have a hydrometer to measure alcohol content as I broke it in the move. A little taste reveals she's SPICY though. I'd guess about 13% by taste if my tastebuds remember correctly. It can't go above 15% without killing itself so no worries there. . 🤣 My shine making days may have got the best of me on the yeast & sugar to fruit ratio. 🤣

Looks like 10 bottles of finished product. Makes excellent Christmas gifts.

Hopefully so. My first attempt at wine so we'll see how she tastes. Not expecting much, may have to ammend it some. 🤣 I'm much better at dumping it in a pot at this stage and maintaining 175 degrees until she runs off. 🤣
