We tried to keep one but every time we shot one they would spit the hook and jump off the gaff. Damnedest thing.

I was off on weights. 147lbs on the whole tuna, 133 on the one missing his back half. He probably wpuld have gone upper 180s based on girth measurements. The wahoo was 57 lbs.

I've got 5 of these loin chunks to process.
