My son scored tonight. Lots of blood. Lol. Deer didn’t make it 20 yards. Best thing about your kids getting older. Deer was hung and skinned by the time I got in from hunting.

Gorgeous morning to be out.... Had to scrape the frost off the windshield.... Had high hopes, but no bears... Found more fresh bear shit that I didn't see last night...Proves how noctural they are... Back out tonight to close out the early season... Here's a view from this morning...

Sat tonight till dark and was getting too dark for a good shot... So was putting some stuff in my pack and look up a see a real nice bear about 75 yds out.... Just couldn't pick a spot through the scope so I had pass... So close yet so far.... Where was he when I was on high alert and it was daylight....

Took Ariana out for her first ever deer hunt.Had alot of fun,saw 2 does and alot of squirrels and chipmunks kept her entertained.
She couldnt leave without picking some corn. Lol
