For sure! I went to one of the farms I have permission in Medina county. Got in around 2:30 and saw a nice 8 immediately. He ended up coming into range and I decided to pass as I took off two weeks from work that started this Monday. An hour later I had two more young guys come by and wonder off. Around 6:10 I threw out a couple soft grunts and shot this guy at 15 yards 10 minutes later. He ran 30 yards and tipped over in sight. Now I’m just cheering for my wife and dad to get one down.

Got settled in about a quarter till 6. Bumped 2 on the way in. One was about 60 yes out im guessing. She wouldn't stop blowing. Between her and the amount of sweat I persperated, and a coughing spell, im not feeling it. Oh well you just never know.

Good luck fellas.

Just watched a good shooter buck make three scrapes, lick a few branches and did a tree rub the last 15 minutes just East of me, within bow range, but no clear shot opportunity. He came from the West, just to my North through the wooded area, perhaps right underneath another setup of mine to the West. I watched him head down to the lower CRP field and out of sight. Just left from the middle of the photo above. I tried calling him back, but he has other plans, and my grunt tube sucks. Need a new one.

I believe I captured him on my bow Tactacam.

It was close and I was hooked up ready to go to shoot'em.

Hopefully he works his way back.

He's the only deer I've seen so far.

Good luck to whomever is hunting this morning!

Already doubled my total from yesterday...2 does and 2 fawns. Just witnessed something I’ve never seen before....right before they left, one of the does squatted and pissed. Looked like a dog shittin razor blades. After that, the other doe walked about ten yards downwind of her and lip curled like a buck would. Never seen a doe do that before...only bucks.
