I'm in & ready as of 6:00 a.m.!

Already have one big deer out in front of me, just within the wooded shelf area, aporoximately 60-70 yards away. Looks like its bedded. Thanks to my new thermal scope for the intel! (y)

Pooring in Ross Co. currently.

Good luck today everybody, be safe & try to stay dry out there!

Good luck fellers! It’s been coming down sideways here. Hunting in the rain just doesn’t have the same appeal as it used to. There was a time I’d sit dark to dark in a deluge. I’m bout to put some eggs and bacon on and work with the pup for a bit. Stay dry and shoot straight!

based on the action I've had all week, I was pretty stoked to take the revolver out this morning. I got up regular deer hunting time to see if there was any chance for a break or if the rain would be light. chose to not climb into a treestand this morning. blinds are for sissies. :ROFLMAO:

I just got done with my bacon and eggs. has been snowing hard here in NW Licking county since before 8. half an inch on the deck now. wasn't supposed to change over until after 12. if this keeps up and doesn't change back to rain this morning, we're going to have a foot of snow by the time this ends tomorrow.

I'm already bored. not sure I can make myself stay in tomorrow. I'll brave the wind and snow.

Just switched to snow here. Big wet flakes so nothing sticking yet. Definitely switched over much earlier than they were calling for. I’ll be out in the morning for sure. Possibly this afternoon if it keeps this up!
