Do other areas in ohio drive deer to youths that cant hold up guns or is this just the ways of this part of the state?
They used to do them around here. To many adults worried about kids shooting "their" bucks nowadays.
That part i could care less about. Driving deer for 13yr old on up great im hoping they are still being coached as the deer are running to them. Just makes me wonder the ethics of 5 to 8yr olds out there blasting away....
I have my own personal thoughts on that. I don't care to get blasted about today. BUT, that wasn't an issue with my kids.

Back on the ground. Saw a good one about a mile away in cut corn with several does.
I'm in and other than needing lanes cut, this spot is a for sure keeper. Very pleased with what I can see. I'll need to rely on the grunt call more than likely, but I've got 2 shots, one at 20 and one at 30, and they're in the right spots. Now to squirrel watch until dark...

We are out again. Someone in section west of me must have gotten a deal on pistol ammo. We are up to about 150 rounds fired off already. That should really help!
