A couple years ago on a very cold blustery day I packed insulated pants instead of the jacket. Wore them over my shoulders.

Live from KS, going to be highs in the 60s and 70s this week. May work from the hotel midweek and extend the rutcation into second week of November

Nope that’s how I go through life!
Buncha bullshit here this morning. K had a basketball game at 9. Get down the road less than a mile and get a text the game is moved to 11. 
We could have been in the woods and would have been back in the blind with her in the hot seat. Turn around to grab something and pull in the driveway to see this pics come through...
Get back down the road and my neighbor texts me. Nice guy, but not exactly a deer biologist either.
Then come to find out, they knew the schedule was changed last night and no one bothered to let our team know until this AM.

I’ve seen 4 coyotes this morning. Including one that was chasing a lone doe across a wide open field. They better hope I don’t kill a buck early this year…

Same here. Kinda surprised by only seeing two deer this morning. Conditions seemed excellent.

Yet, someone else down the road 1/2-1 mile away is probably having a great hunt and seeing lots of movement. Seems to happen every day throughout the season. You’re either in the action or you’re not. Being in close proximity of that special doe or does can make it or break it for you. The wise bucks move all night long looking for the right ones and just hunker down till deer thirty before doing it all over again. Of course some are whores and aren’t as cautious and have succumbed to death by a raging hardon. Lol
