@ThatBuckeyeGuy I hear you, in a long sleeve reg cotton t-shit I think I got in 92 or 93 to hunt elk in CO, went with tech later but always kept them around.

Bumped a 4 point on the way in. I’m on the east side of a tree with the wind in my face. Not overly warm. Got a quality hoodie to slide on later. Good luck fellas
I’m back out. I’m making a very aggressive (and probably stupid) move tonight. I’m hunting on the ground in a makeshift “blind” constructed with the natural vegetation around me. I’m further out, closer to their travel corridor, and much closer to where they exit the neighboring property. The wind is bad for this. But I’ve got a bunch of evercalm cover scent, and if a buck comes from the right direction I might just get away with it. Decoy is out in front of me to hopefully grab and keep thei attention long enough for me to get a shot. With this heat, if they come out late enough I think I can stay hidden pretty well in low light. #leafysuit #poordecisions #desparation #letsgoooooooo

2nd time on this spot for the season. Been waiting for the time to get right and judging by the early morning movement in here today, it's just about right. Creek bottom with oaks on both side and the CVA in my lap.

Just saw Bully I think. Tried grunting at him. He was interested but wouldn’t commit yet. But this 8 was with him and came right in.
