It’s very similar to Ron and I. We started bow hunting with our Bear Whitetails we got for Christmas around 1977-78 mostly hunting on the ground. I started my xbow hunting last year and he this year both due to shoulder injury issues. I’m going to try shooting my bow again but will probably use xbow if I can’t hold my draw long enough with my bow. Sucks gettin old. Lol

Got my bow license at age 14 in 1978…had a Ben Pearson compound for my first bow…wish I still had it.

We seen 11 tonight 6 being bucks. And Cooper finally got to itch that trigger finger. Made an absolute perfect shot at 22 yards. And those g5 mega meats put a hole in them. We almost doubled but the big 7 stayed out 2 far for me to shoot at him in low light. Savannahs turn to fill a buck tag now.

Absolutely awesome, congratulations to all involved. Look at that smile!!

Was nice to sit in a stand for first time, saw 10 does this morning...took my buddy's daughter Grace out Saturday evening for her first ever hunt..saw some does. She had a blast! Will take her out again this coming weekend. Now i will wait till the time is right. Evenings from now till Halloween week for me then let the fun begin.
