Little fyi for everyone, the deer where passing on the apples and eating acorns which have started to drop heavy in my area

Same conditions here as yesterday so I’m back in the same tree. Last night I saw 1 buck and 16 antlerless deer. Hopefully they’re on their feet again tonight and a big boy makes an appearance.

Beautiful evening. Up to 11 antlerless deer so far. Had a small doe and a BB go by me at 40 yds. Pretty tempting!

To far out, and it was a fawn with its mother so we typically give them a pass

Yesterday evening I hunted a spot with no cell service and neither at my camp site so I didn't report in. Had a nice Doe and velvet covered spike in recurve range at 6:00 but a shoot never presented itself before they moved on. This morning I'm in my Octoberfest stand with the trees full of turkey's all around me. I'm heading home at noon. Next weekend is sounding like a good one.
