Can't help but think about my bow hunting education instructor telling me to line up on the opposite leg on a quartering shot. Entered just behind the rib cage and the zwickey existed out the front of her leg. Shooting 50lbs she only went 40 yards or so but the cover was so thick I couldn't see her

Hunted this am. Covered in deer, only problem was it was still way too dark to identify and shoot. That was all the action I had. Finally got my stupid cell cam working in that section, looking toward to seeing what’s been working the scrape.

That has got to be about as satisfying as it gets. Congrats Wiley! Nanny does are likely smarter than mature bucks. This time of the year the bucks get even dumber. To tag a nanny with trad gear gets my respect. Hats off to you!
