No deer harmed. Gave sm BB a pass. His sister is a cautious bitch. Seen a real good buck then 2 doe 100 yds off.

Tarp is dripping on back porch blind. Trying to shoot from the old kitchen. Still only 35 yd shot...

1 doe 1 sm buck. He crossed 80 yds out. She came to 40 and spooked ? Idk... wind should be OK.

Seen 2 way off don't know what they were. Lots of tracks in the snow . Not sure were I will go in the morning .

Saw one lone doe about 150 yards away. Also saw a huge beautiful red fox stroll by….that made the sit worth it! My trail cam may have gotten a pic, i‘ll check it next week.

In a tree. Not sure why other than the wind is perfect for once. 33° here with a cold front moving in. Have dinner tonight, so I’ll be scrambling to get a deer skinned and quartered before we get these single digits in the coming days. No decent wind in the forecast for the next 10 days so I gotta get it while I can. If I shoot a doe or BB tonight that’ll probably be the end of my season with Great Lakes ice on the horizon. Fingers crossed but hopes aren’t super high. Good luck to anyone else out.

I’ll try to get a decent pic once i got her hung up. Certainly not a record breaker, unless there is a record for the smallest deer. 3 came in, biggest was nervous and didn’t offer a shot, shot the bigger of the remaining two. Cant imagine how small the other one was 
Gonna be good eats, nice cushion in the freezer and I’ll use the loins to mix in the crews scrambled eggs tomorrow morning.
