Settled in for the first sit of the season. Sitting on the outskirts of an oak flat on public. All the surrounding beans are turned so I’d imagine they’re starting to switch food sources. Doubt I shoot anything, mostly because I’m too lazy and work tomorrow morning Good luck to anyone else out.

Had a “near shooter” at 17 yards in the last 20 minutes. Light was fleeting, and he wasn’t quite enough for me to burn my tag this early. Still an exciting and solid opening day hunt.
