No deerz sighted, but I did have some dipshit stumble through with a dollar store flashlight with no hunting implement in hand in the last 20 minutes. 1/2-2/3 mile off the road, no trail. No idea where he came from, nor where he went after he saw me once he was at 15-20 yards Looked like work clothes and a camo backpack, kinda wished he would’ve came and talked to me or whatever just so I could know wtf he was doing lol

Obtained permission today, scouted it and a blind seemed like the best bet for levi to solo hunt. So we went and got a blind, smoked it, set it and brushed it in. Cleaned and entry and exit trail and all is set!

We’ve had corn and beans coming off for a few weeks now around me. It’s so dry you can see the dust clouds from a long ways away.
