Live from the stand!

I just went on a little drive. No deer seen, temp has dropped and the rain is still falling. This was in NW Ohio, around Elmore/woodville/gibsontucky area.
Will the sit has been worth it already. Saw an unknown sized buck right at peak of dawn thrashing trees and making scrapes. Had a buck chasing a doe on the shelf behind me also. Now the turkeys are going crazy. Gobbling their heads off.

Sitting on a bench that has a few oaks that really produced this year. Haven't been here since the 1st week of Nov. hopefully the deer are still visiting before dark. More importantly hopefully my first "live" post is the little bit of good luck I need! Oh yeah it's just how I like it....WET!

Just got settled into a ground blind. Hoping to fill a tag with a nice big doe or button buck tonight. If I'm successful I may just sit out gun week and dedicate the rest of the season to getting my daughter her first deer. That has been my main focus but there is still a big empty spot in the freezer.

I spent the whole day in sweats watching football from the Lazy-Boy. Sure looks like a shitty day out there!
Not much of a sunset here this evening.
