Two does by themselves and then a 4 point came in and laid down 30 yards from my stand and took a 25 minute nap. Ugh beginning to think there isn't a rut this year lol

Klay and I almost had a double. I had a heavy 8 come in. Just couldn't get the right shot.
He had a nice 8 at 40 yards in te fading light. My dad kept telling him shoot but Klay wasn't comfortable with the pins and being able to see. Just about 5 minutes too late!

Well. That heavy horned 8 came out around 3:30 and followed a doe around for 2 hours just out of shooting range. Cool to watch.

Had a nice 8 come in at 4:30 but he was quartering to me and it was a 40 yard shot, didn't feel comfortable with that. Had a yote come in this morning so I started doing mouse squeaks and it walked off. I should of known he was going to circle me downwind and thats what he did. He came in from my left out of nowhere 20 yards away, I went to reach for my bow and the Fugger spotted me.

Saw 2 good one on the way here. Saw a dink at first light. 100" 8 just walked under me. He was greeted by a 140ish 9 that I'd kill dead most yrs... Haven't seen a doe yet.
