Two does are currently munching in the bean stubble below me. That makes seven so far this morning. Only two have been bucks and they were both small.

Saw more deer this morning on my way to work than I have any other day. Seemed like they were hitting the picked fields hard this morning. Unfortunately I will not be back out until gun week. Wrestling season is now in full swing so my stand time will suffer. I will squeeze in whatever I can.
Brian, I put that cabelas gear to a test yesterday and it worked pretty good... 3.5 hours out in that wind and stayed nice and comfortable....
