You got it buddy, let me know if I can do anything else to help. I might even give that grumpy wife of mine a little hug.

I should’ve taken the picture earlier. I looked over and seen his keychain hanging off the side of the ball cart Christine takes. Made me smirk as I looked over and Maddy was looking over with a big smile. It wasn’t two minutes later I pulled out my phone and text you.

This time of year will always be etched in my brain. Here in a couple days it will be 6 years since Connor passed.

This past Saturday we went to the wedding of one of his close buddies. It was bittersweet as Jordan is a great man. He was one of the first recipients of Connor's scholarship. Everytime we are him no matter where it is he makes it a point to come up and hug us and talk to us.

As we were waiting in line for food at the reception he spotted us. He was still finishing his food but stopped eating got up and walked around the table to us. As always he gave T a big hug and thanked her for coming. He then hugged me and whispered something. He said "This is one of the best days of my life. I am glad that you guys came out for me".

There were probably close to 300 or so people there and this young man went out of his way to come around to greet us. It's awesome to know there are such great young men out there.

What a great moment. Thanks for sharing... That made my eyes well up a little bit. It certainly is refreshing to know there are still young men like that coming up in the world. We need them now more than ever.
