Well it was me.... very bitter sweet. Actually very heart breaking. I'll tell whole story later. Very short version. I had an encounter with him opening evening with no shot opportunity. Second day of season I was walking in and jumped him. He stopped at 40 yards quartering away and I shot.... super high weeds and I thought I missed him. I looked for two days with no hair or blood. Today walked in and smelled him. Somehow he looped behind me. And I had been walking 10 feet past him for 11 days. But I'll tell complete story later. My pride is hurt. Bad!!!
