Me knoweth something!!!!

Thanks guys. It's been a good week for sure. Maybe Tyler and/or my son in law Erik can knock one down this weekend. As for my deer, he is butchered and in the freezer. Taking the skull to work Friday to put it in a bucket of water with a steam hose in it. With a little care throughout the day it will look great when I head home.

Yes, always have. It helps that I was an apprentice meat cutter nearly 30 years ago before I opted for more money. It took most of the morning working by myself. My daughters deer, which was much larger, took about an hour with 5 of us pitching in.
