OH oh ..... I almost forgot. I have a funny story about my drone crash. After I retrieved it & got back to the house, I noticed there was a part missing. It wasn't that big of a issue since I already have replacement parts, but would be nice to have back just the same. Yesterday, I decided to go back & look for it. The drone landed on the inside of their fenced in yard. Nobody was home whent I retrieved it. We really don't know the owner that well, but I have talked to her in the past while walking the dog. The live in boyfriend of the gal who owns the house can be a real jerk, so I thought best to knock on the door & ask permission to explain & enter the backyard. Nobody answered. The gate was opened. I figured I could get in & out quickly & nobody would know. Well, I did & could not find the part, so I got out as quickly as I could & went home. Later in the day, I was outside & was looking for something out in the shed. I decided to start up the lawn tractor. That could easily bring attention to myself. I could hear people talking somewhere & when I looked down the street, I could see some guy walking on the back deck of the house where my drone crashed. I wondered what the odds were that somebody would be out there looking around right after I had been there a few hours earlier. I then wondered if somehow somebody saw me, even though I had sunglasses & a black hat on. I decided to stand out in the open in case that was the case hopefully they would see me. That never happened. Later as I was grilling, I thought about that, & figured the sherriff would pull in. That never happened either. So later this morning, as I was out in the driveway, my neighbor gal who's friends with the other, asked if I had been over there. I told her I had been & she looked at me kind of funny. So I told her about the crash & going over & knocking on the door & such. It turns out, & I had completely forgot about this, was that the woman's husband had been murdered a few years ago. She moved, got a new house, a new man & is very scared to open the door for strangers since she didn't recognize me. Apparently she did call the sherriff & friends. It was her brother I found out who was out on the deck ... trying to determine what I was after...lol. I'm damned lucky she didn't shoot me !
