Afternoon Cuzin Geezer, J, Phil, Chad, BH, XBG, Giles, Moonlab, Hoyt, Q615, CJD, Jesse, Joe and the rest of TOOville.
Have not been on at all for a while, home sick as a dog. Not sure if it is a real bad case of the flu or the meds for my knee but today is the first day I actually ate some food since Friday.

Found a blood trail about 30 yards from shot. Blood trail was only about 6ft long then nothing. It was like he totally vanished. I circled out from there about another 30 yards and found nothing. Followed what I think was the direction he headed which was back tracking the way he originally came. Went about another hundred yards looking for blood, beds, or sign. Nothing. Can't find the arrow either. I know it was still in the deer when he took off. Will keep looking. Have awards for soccer this evening will be back out tomorrow to try looking again. Keeping an eye out for crows and buzzards as well. My true belief is that he is fine just a flesh wound but not knowing for sure is rough.
