Morning everyone, got today off. Going to be babysitting the smoker all day. Got a bunch of pork to smoke up for my daughter's birthday.

Morning all. Had a 2 hour delay at school for fog. Had to get Bene to school at 9:30 so didn't make it out this morning. Going to head out right after lunch and see what happens.
