well phil if you weren't so damn skinny and ate a cheese burger every once in a while, your body could get nourishment from its fat reserves. Dustin and myself know a little bit about that.

Quite the contrary. I graze all day. Eat like a champ. Just fast metabolism. Telling me I can't eat for 12 hrs is asking A LOT!
