I follow a lot of "biohacker influencers" on IG and the general philosophy they promote is focusing on individual vitamins, nutrients, and minerals in their complete and most bioavailable forms. I still take a multivitamin, mostly to cut down on the total # of supplements I have to buy and swallow on a daily basis, but have shifted to other forms for key vitamins and nutrients I care about.
