Multi-vitamins

Just an observation or thought. My wife always asks why I don't eat vitamins or pain or inflammation pills besides THC. Currently with all the info coming out on all the food and medicines we eat I don't think Lab manufactured vitamins and supplements sound to appealing just from separating and combining chemicals being derived from different chemical compounds and some straight up poisons to our bodies if digested straight. It's kind of like eating deer liver, they say it's healthy but it still makes me cringe knowing it's been filtering out toxins. It might be healthy cooked manipulated and altered but knowing it had nasty things in it doesn't seem fit to eat or eat much of it (im going to fry some up for my dogs and try some, thanks @Mike for that tip for a canine treat) . Can someone explain a tid bit more on how vitamins are made? I can see all natural things being fine but are they when they are still manipulating them? Id think most things no or little cause for concern but some sound pretty nasty if you think about it. Kind of like drinking water separated and filtered out of crude oil everday. Every edible product that's sold in large stores sounds like there's flaws or could be linked to some disease or cancer some day in the future. Except ice cream cake it's flawless. I know to eat from your own sources is the only answer but I would never have thought vitamins to be under some scrutiny.

Took me a little bit to remember where I'd watched this originally, but it's on YouTube now. It's worth 4 minutes to get you started down the rabbit hole.

I follow a lot of "biohacker influencers" on IG and the general philosophy they promote is focusing on individual vitamins, nutrients, and minerals in their complete and most bioavailable forms. I still take a multivitamin, mostly to cut down on the total # of supplements I have to buy and swallow on a daily basis, but have shifted to other forms for key vitamins and nutrients I care about. For anyone looking for something, I'm taking 3 different Goli gummies right now and that's been a nice change.

Well thanks to this post I just placed order LOL I watched the youtube link shared years ago on page 1 or 2 and generated a short list which I think makes sense for me. One day vitamin, magnesium, milk thistle, omega. I already workout 5 days a week and am mostly keto. Plan on starting Sun to Mon night 24 hr fasting and taking Jan off from the Busch Lattes and Brown water..............
