Oh I feel it's REAL! First deer I got an arrow in was in West Virgina. I had climbed up a mountain that had to be over three hundred feet in elevation with a 40 # Ambusher pole stand. Closest I ever came to having a heart attack in my life. Got all set up . Was close to last light when here comes six deer. Two yearling and four does. I judged my yardage and loosed an arrow. The deer was level with the stand as I was off the top of the hiill and the deer wos on top of the hill. Saw the hit. About 3" down from top of the back. Found the arrow with blood. Had help and we follow very little blood. A very experienced hunter with our group said I had hit the taint! Taint back bone and taint lungs. The gap between. I think it's real!
