Yep. Likely bent rods is the least of the damage. Could have busted a piston dome, cracked rods, nicked cam rollers, valve springs, rockers, etc. Your pretty much guaranteed a complete year down to the rod bearings. That's why most come with skip shift elimination now. pain in the ass sometimes but it'll save you a ton. The rebuild kit for the LS6 in my caddy is about 2k. Minus machining that'll run you another grand. Sounds expensive but the crate motor is 6,800. Thank god for skip shift elimination. Lol.
