Propane bottle.... They said it was launched a year or two ago in Licking County Ohio....
Is this a reference to a guy refilling bottles who could have been seriously injured and destroyed his kitchen? If so, that isn't very cool.
If it is something else, I don't get the joke.

To be totally honest about it....some days it's funny....a lot of days it's not.
