Are you running lithiums for the trolling motor?

Not yet, but i will be. I likely wont change until i get closer to the end of the life of the current batteries.

There’s lots of options out there, seems more and more are getting into it.
Some friends have upgraded to an off brand that they’re giving a go. They’ve been in their boats for about a month now. With noticeable improvements and no complaints.

Fished the islands yesterday morning for a few hours. Dirty water made it way tougher than anticipated. Caught just as many eyes as I did smallmouth on accident, also hooked and landed 2 rocks

Past couple days. Changed up the pace and did some wading and bank fishing with my wife. Also caught a 10ish lb channel on a 6” swimbait the other day too lol.

Tried to find some smallmouth close to home the past couple days, and did another day on LSC. Caught a couple smallmouth, beat the absolute shit out of sheephead (shocker), a pile of largemouth beating the bank and caught what I believe to be my biggest Big Mouth Buffalo on a 4” drop shot this morning. Cant believe it ate a worm, considering I struggle to catch them in the river with the “right flies” lol. Couple eyes and whitebass in the mix as well.

@giles and @"J" " it was flat enough all day to catch fish on a popper in 8’ of water lol.

@OO2 we fished the mile roads. 9 Mile ramp is closed, so we got to make a decent run from Metro.
