The creek was dirty and cold, but I was desperate to get out. The fishing was actually good, 11 bass in about 2 hours.

Biggest trout I've caught today. I was using the sexy shad crank bait. Thought I was reeling in a bass, nope it was a trout.
I snuck away from the family for an hour Saturday and picked up some small stuff. I caught several bluegills about like the one below but started dragging a small streamer deep and slow and found a little surprise. I don't catch many perch on the fly in Athens County. I think this might be my 4th in my lifetime.
Lipped a few decent LM's from the parents pond today while visiting and the oldest 2 had to scratch the itch.
