There is also about 40 acres of woods I didn't put in the math as he's not receiving income on that. It's been select cut to the point it's only honeysuckle, locust, and small cherry. The farm house, two large hay barns, and 6 small out buildings. That's what's killing him. They built a ton of buildings on a small farm. And yeah. Clark county taxes are crap. Gotta pay for all the worthless asses in springfield.

1 kid that's 19 and moved out. Wife works retail. Even with only 19k income it would be hard to qualify for assistance of any amount that would make an impact.
