Man that's pretty crappy. One would think they wouldn't want to be associated with a poacher. I can understand not wanting to go through the legal trouble of recovering the prizes but they even still have him as the winner and a picture of the buck he was found guilty of poaching on their site. If I was that 2nd place team I'd be pitching a bitch.

Agreed. Doesn’t make sense. I was reading about Ohio big bucks shot in my county while I was hunting this fall. The name marlon hale came up. He shot a 200 inch deer and is still in the Ohio big buck record books. Look up his track record and he is absolutely a poacher. Caught several times after shooting the 200” deer. I’m not sure why guys names are still mentioned in the record books after being caught poaching.

The club can scratch all entries if they choose, I remember they did it with one of the Esker brothers after his second time getting caught poaching. A metro park in Gahana over a corn pile, the other was on Limited brand's property near Columbus if I remember correctly.
Trevor Justice with the 13 pt buck he poached at 17 yrs old.

Yup, that's the same guy. It also turns out that he can still help recovery deer without a valid hunting license. As long as he doesn't carry a weapon. So he is going to pay his fines with hunters money...

There was a Buckmaster official scorer pimping him and his dog on FB. Wonder if he knows the truth about that guy?!
The ugly side of hunting is the most popular side these days. Another negative to social media.

Maybe you ought too enlighten him about what he’s gotten attached too….
I don't think he would mind. Seems like any attention is all he's after.
