My plan for my 40x60 is radiant heated floors ,hot water heater cost about $100 a year to operate on propane in northern ohio climate. Second is a butchering room. Start build next year

Yup. Owner showed up after I scratched around and broke the bucket off. Fixed that and popped a track off an hour later. Needless to say, the pond ain't done. My metal is ready for delivery though.

Yes, that stump you see is actually on top of a pile of stumps under that dirt line. I'll burn what I can but that stump is a black locust and will be my fountain anchor and fish structure. I think we burn down 9 stumps last weekend and a good number of tree tops. Might of thrown some beer cans in it as well.
