My FIL was 96 and passed 6 years ago and he stored this old stand in my barn. Anyone ever seen one or anything similar? I've uttered profane language dealing with stands but never heard of a "Profane tree Stand. It looks almost homemade but has instructional stickers on it. It reminds me of the old Summit Saber (which I still have). Thanks for looking.

There were a lot of sketchy tree stands back in the day…. I had a TSS that by today’s standards would be a death trap

Looks like a Baker to me. And profanity was common during their use.
Especially when they “kicked out” from under you and you sit there thinking now what!!!!!

I had a Baker like that back in the day. Had a hand climber with it. The bonus was it clanged so much I actually rattled in a buck with it! Carried a pocket full of wing nuts because they fell off and you could never find them in the leaves...
That green board looks like Haysite fiberglass board. We used to make hang ons with that, angle iron and chain. We welded them up. They weighed about 40 pounds each. Had one stolen once. found it about 60 yards away where they said, "The hell with this! Too heavy!"
