I've been wondering how everyone was doing on this thread. Good for you buddy, glad to hear from you!
Have not had the first "Puff". Been a few times I caught myself looking on the passenger seat while driving....but just laugh at the habit and continue on. Will have to say Trident Cinnamon gum helped a lot in the beginning.

Been smoke free since feb 13... Not even any cravings but haven't been too work since fb 12 either so we'll see what happens when I go back....

Not sure that I'm going to buy anything as of yet. Just extremely grateful to not be a slave to smokes any longer. I still appreciate all the encouragement from everyone. I believe that helps as well.
Real glad to see your accomplishment J. You've been smoke free way too long to go back now. Quitting is easy.....staying quit is whats hard. Good luck with it J!

Will have to say I was extremely glad to be tobacco free while in New York. Smokes were 9.60 a pack and dip was 8.00 a can!

Oh it was terrible! A tall draft beer was $4.55 Bottled beer was $4.00 or more.
Still not smoking on this end of it. Will have to say there's been a few day's that pushed the limits. Not sure HOW I got through the rough spots but at least I did.
