I hunt just to hunt. Love to kill. Sounds weird but it is true. I enjoy every second of being in a stand or the spring Turkey woods. There's no where else is rather be. It's not all about the Kill for me but it sure makes it sweeter. I kill plenty of does and don't discriminate button bucks lol. But I also have my standards for bucks which means a lot get a pass.
I usually put a doe in the freezer but my either sex tag is reserved for a 125" or better buck. I've ate it the last two seasons, but that's the way it goes some years. Like others have said, it's all about enjoying the great outdoors!
