I was confused as hell for a moment. Wtf do you mean you can't park? That doesn't even make any sense, lol. Even living in Anchorage we didn't have that. If you didn't hear them coming and didn't move your shit, you got plowed in. Pretty simple.

Ya, J's one of those city slickers[emoji23]

Yep... We got a new service director about 5 years ago and whenever there's a winter storm warning/Watch, parking ban for parking on the street.... Inconveniences a lot of folks.... My neighbors and I have an agreement if they need a spot, if I got it they can use it... And they've done the same for me...

Here in the city areas, people shovel out there parking spots in front of their houses and then put a garbage can or something in the spot when they leave.. Glad I live in the country part and have a big driveway... Wait a minute did I say: : "Glad to have a big driveway" I gotta go clean that mess. Just looked out my garage door and my wifes car is gone... LOL 'J" you ready too go fishing??

Chad... Blower wouldn't work... Somewhere in that mess there was a mix of precip which makes it heavy... Like I said earlier... Not going anywhere and the Mrs never goes anywhere so I got all week...

"J" I was actually just checking out fishing reports up on Lake Ontario and they were (key word here is WERE) starting to catch some big brown trout. Every year they do very well on browns around the end of March early April where fishing is non-stop... So during our recent warm spells I was thinking of cleaning the boat up (sitting under blue tarp in the background)... If I do go I'll let you know.. Maybe you'd like taking a little road trip...

We use leaf blowers at times. Big ones though. Backpack blowers. I did buy a 72" snow blower for the skid loaders last year. Haven't used it yet. Not complaining. It is more or less for severe storms. Sort of an emergency piece of equipment. Hope I never use it. That would mean we aren't plowing. We are digging out.

Thanks Rich, keep me in the loop, but with my own tournaments, weddings and scheduled vacations times scarce this spring/summer.... Never fished for trout up here.... Down in Arkansas in some rivers back in the day....

My wienie dog stepped off the back porch and disappeared, took her a few minutes to work her way out

LOL..... I let my English Setter out and he wanted no part of it.... Snow varied in spots due to drifting.. But I would say I ended up with roughly 22 inches.... Gotta go out now and dig the car out... Got my truck done last night in case had to go anywhere....

Enjoy your task Rich... Slow and steady wins the race....

Ah you are correct "J'.... Same thing she said: Slow and steady... But back TOO reality car all dug out and having a cold St. Pauli Girl with an egg salad sandwich... That should make some good gas... LOL Might go out after and make snow angels....

Well, the Alaskan visitors are getting to enjoy a thunderstorm! Some real close lightening, some good downpour and a little hail. They don't get thunder or real downpours, well, not very often. (Think I heard it thunder twice in the 10 years I lived there)
