Crazy weather here, strong front with damaging winds moving through. Looking at a 41 degree drop, 78 today, low of 37 tonight.
Showing 58* right now with a winter weather advisory for tonight. Get on the front side of this front and let the magic happen! I might go hunt just to go tonight. I feel like I’m missing out.
Working in this shit freezing rain temps falling I'm freaking miserable!!!!!! 10 in the morning....
Went to get in the shower...no power. Kinda need that for lights and to run my pump.
It was dark most of the way into C-bus. Had to turn around on my road because a tree was blocking the road.
Sounded like a damn twister came through. We went dark from 6-6:45, house was pitch black and oldest 2 boys freaked out lol. Wyatt, 3, was singing as he sprang out of bed and pitter pattered his way into our room. Neighbors power all around still out. Haven't ventured out yet but see one decent one snapped out by treestand.
Wind came through GC between 330-530. Tossed all kinds of garbage and recycling bins everywhere. Tore down a couple of porch flags. By 6:15 it was back to normal.
We took a vote yesterday and said f it for today! I'm thankful. This wind is terrible at the moment.
