Hell of a year to build a house! Covid prices and a soaking saturated freeze thaw cycle of an apocalyse movie. Can we please get a warm average moisture spring? Please?? Or just north carolina current conditions?

I worked on ditches all week, for the rain today and Tuesday. Actually ran the truck tires down it a few times too pack it down…. Removed tons of gravel that was washed and plowed out with our last heavy snow…. I still have some tree limbs that are needing trimmed that seem too drop on these days…

Yep, have a few tall cedars that I’m always concerned about. But these brad-ford pear trees are already showing signs of splitting….
It didn't sound bad enough for me to get out of bed. Either way, damage is done. It'll be there in the morning.
