Lots of fronts moving thru this evening.... Wind was horrendous today though for being on the lake....

We still haven't gotten any rain yet. Comical at this point, seems like it has us surrounded.

I'm glad some of you are getting a little rain. We got enough to wet the plants here. Sounds like the wind was pushing things around outside the woods. Fire is still going strong right now though.

And my garage is flooded with 3" of water. Whoever designed this house needs shot. Driveway runs down hill to the garage. The drain started clogging up earlier, I unplugged it. About 45 minutes ago we started to get a torrential downpour and I uncovered the drain again as it had leaves and other debris covering it. Well the water isn't draining, it came into the garage.

Wouldn't be the first time it's happened. Just gotta stay on top of that drain as far as keeping it cleaned out.

Sounds to me like you have a bigger blockage...like a root or something. Maybe some gravel in it.

I'd assume it went out too the right side of the driveway looking from the road.... May wanna find that out....

Ya I'd imagine it drains down to the culvert on the other street somehow.

Might save my vacation day and go to work. Not worth burning a day to sit in a camper.
