We had a hell of a blow job come through here a little while ago. Some idiot thought it was a good idea to sit in his golf cart buy a big Maple tree while the storm came through, it smashed the cart while he was in it. Heard he was alive when the rescue got there

Had to drive North to Leipsic ,OH today for a funeral. Left home at 7:00 AM in the rain and returned home tonite at 5:00 PM in the rain. Damn Ohio is wet all over today.

Yup...and my camper is at Rocky Fork. I have a feeling it's gonna be a couple of days before I can get to it. Oh well, out of my control.

Just called the camp store. All the ramps are closed, camp Joy has been canceled, campground is still open on the top side. Lady said Marshall recorded 7" of rain! That's hard to believe...I'm sure that would've made the news or something.

Closest recording I can find is Lynchburg @ just over 3".

Edit: upon further review, it looks like the really smart people of Greenfield ([emoji38]) recorded 5.23" yesterday. And that would be closer then Lynchburg.

Washington Street, the main N-S street in Greenfield, was flooded badly along with several others. I bet there was three or four feet of water on it for a while.

Sounds like a lot of you folks further south got more than necessary. Yesterday morning we got a nice soaker... First appreciable rain in the past month. We needed it badly. I had 1.6" in the rain gauge when it was all said and done.
