I just got back in from an attempted evening turkey hunt. I got soaked and had to end it when it started to lightning[emoji23]

We were talking about the lack of spring at dinner last night. We left for Paint Creek and it was barely spring, came back 48 hours later and it was practically summer.

Yup, reminded me of an Alaska spring. 3 days long and 3 weeks of the worst allergies.

Looks like to waves of toad stranglers coming through here. We had a decent on last night for 10 minutes that helped wash the pollen away, but another won't hurt.

Sure glad I sucked it up and mowed my hayfield of a yard late last night then swept up the windrows I made afterwards! I was tired after the long drive yesterday but dang don’t it feel good now to not care if it rains....
