I'd like to know who's saying that. I'm in Licking & all the forecast that I've been watching today hasn't predicted any accumulations yet, so I dunno what to say about the weekend.
Weather underground is showing 11” in one day...

Today in Jackson hole it was a heat wave, only 18 this morning, they like the snow here, it warms things up for up to 28. Yesterday started out at -7 and got up to 12. Snowed off and on most of the day, calling for 8-10 inches tomorrow with a balmy 30 for the high.

I'm tired of social media induced panic. Reports of 18-24" of snow with windy conditions 4-5 days prior. My phones would NOT stop. I changed my greetings stating we were NOT accepting new residential customers. Even if we see 10-12" with blowing snow we will service our regular customers only. They have been loyal for years (in some cases decades). I'm not pushing them to the side for a one time customer.

The local news tonight is saying 5-7" for northern half of Allen County and 7-9" for southern half and Auglaize county. With windy conditions this will be an event we need to babysit in order to keep lots open.

Weather channel is NOT to be trusted. They went from 8-12" down to 3-5" yesterday, 5-7" today, and now back down to 3-5". Initial weather channel reports showed it could be as high as 20" at one point. They are more interested in entertainment than doing their freaking job anymore.

Lol Issac, keep that shit over there. It's winter time, time it starts acting like it

I get tired of the weather being drastically wrong too but I get why they can't nail down the exact amount of snow. Think about it, the atmosphere is changing all the time. So until it's 24hrs out, they are using models based on historical data and atmospheric information at that time. Can't fault them for not nailing the exact amount within 1-2". I compare it to giving a guy a drill and telling them they need to maintain +/- .001 diameter, position and cylindrical accuracy.

I understand your frustration Phil, but it's a good problem to have. No customers = no business, find the good side of the situation and be thankful (I know you are, and you r just venting), having too much business for capacity is a good thing as business owner homie!
