None taken. It ain’t the guys who are busting their asses trying to fix it, it’s the geniuses who planned the damn thing in the first place in my opinion. Engineers have to plan for this shit but apparently they did not.
It's a transmission line. I'm gonna break this down because I don't think you understand. A transmission line is those big lines you see running for miles and miles. Through the fields, woods, hills and even mountains. They run power from sub station to sub station and across thousands of property owners land. Sometimes nature fights back and it wins. Look at Montana right now. You can't plan for nature all the time. And if you could, would you want that added cost of your monthly bill? I sure wouldn't. I'd be alright purchasing some ice and coolers.

I’m not going to pretend to know how it works, but I can tell you that if after this is over, I’m certain all the engineers aren’t high fiving each other saying it went down exactly as they planned. Whatever took place knocked 116000 homes out of power for 2-3 days during the hottest possible time. Instead, I’d bet money they’re scrambling to figure out how the fuck can we fix things to make sure this never happens again.
