Manufacturers of needed grid parts better be working 24 hours! I know we are already having problems getting sleeves.
I got a buddy that works for Duke Power and they had 2 substations at generating stations destroyed. He said Duke has put a stop to all construction and updates across the company, instead shifting personnel, equipment, and personnel to the areas with storm damage. He said the issue is lead time for some of the destroyed items.

Correct. That is why I'm saying this problem is way bigger than Florida. This will be a nation wide shortage on material.
