Regarding the condition and up keep of the strouds campground...the group camp is closed do to Covid and has been all summer. We've not mowed it intentionally to discourage day traffic. The main campground gets mowed every week during the summer and every 10 days to 2 weeks in the spring and fall. Usually mid week when occupancy is lowest. We mowed it yesterday. As for leaves on the camping slips? There’s not much we can do about that this time of year.

The weather looks great for camping this weekend and with the excellent hard mast crop this year, the park is full of deer. You guys should have a great time!
