My 2010 Brute came with a Warn RT25 ATV winch. Its finally given up and needs replaced. I'm feeling I got my money's worth considering the abuse its taken as well as lifted my 5' Moose plow every winter.

I'm thinking I should just replace it with the same but though I'd ask here and see if anyone has any other thoughts.

As always, your' opine is appreciated.

Warn is the way to go. Hands down. Yours might be one of the older models that are rebuildable. I'm not sure they ever made a small one rebuildable, but worth looking up.

Have had God luck with Warn as well. Tried a different one once. Had a braided nylon "cable". Was supposed to be better for plows or frequent in/out with a shorter stroke. I'm sure Warn probably has similar.

I just looked at prices and will keep my original comment true. For $200, replace and forget. I'd hate to have to replace it on a freezing cold day when you need it. For that kind of money I'd sleep just fine knowing it was going to work when I needed it.
