Smoked chili dogs on the Treager ala Malcom Reed/"How to barbeque right". Made the chili sauce yesterday with ground venison, and we have a local butcher shop that makes awesome Black Angus beef 1/4lb hot dogs, which I've been eating for years. I'll never look at a hot dog the same way again. These were stupendous.
